Ordering & Policies

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a full refund, less shipping charges, if the item is returned within 10 days of receipt. No refunds will be given on worn or damaged merchandise or on custom orders.


We ship all items via FedEx. You have a choice of ground, 2nd day, 3rd day, or overnight delivery. When a package leaves our studio, FedEx will send you an email containing the tracking number. You can track your package online at FedEx.com.

Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Our site is McAfee secured so you do not have to worry about your information. You will not be charged until your item ships. The email order receipt you receive is only a confirmation. Your card will be manually processed when the item(s) is packaged for shipment.

Coupons & Discounts

Periodically, we run specials and discounts. In order to recieve notice of these, you must join our email list. We will not sell or give your information to any other person or company.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our merchandise is made to order here in our studio in Fort Worth, Texas. The amount of time it takes for you to receive an order depends on the season and on how busy we are. Most items are made within one to five days from the date your order is placed. If you need an item by a specific date please specify that in the comments section of the order form when you place your order. We will make every attempt to meet your request and will let you know immediately if we cannot. October through December and February through June are our busiest times of the year.

Do your rosaries come with a pouch?

All sterling rosaries and chaplets come with a pouch. Bracelets do not come with pouches.

How do I know what size bracelet to order?

To ensure a proper fit, measure your wrist before ordering. Take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist snuggly; like a watch. Include that exact measurement in the comments section of your order form. Based on the item ordered, we know how much to add to that measurement to ensure a proper fit. If no size is supplied, we ship a standard 7.5in bracelet which will fit most adults.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We are happy to make adjustments to your bracelet. Simply return it to us and send us an email to let us know it is on the way. You pay the return shipping but we will send it back to you at no additional charge.

How do I care for my bracelet?

Our bracelets are beaded on nylon-coated steel wire. It is very strong. However, as a beaded item, you must still take special care of it. Never sleep, bathe or wash dishes while wearing the bracelet. Water will take an eventual affect on the construction of your bracelet and turning during sleep can create stress on the beads and metal and weaken the wire. If you abide by these rules, your bracelet should last a very long time.

How are your rosaries contructed?

We use only sterling silver parts and gem stone beads in the construction of all our items. Rosaries are hand knotted on silk or nylon bead cord for lasting beauty and their unusual look. Our rosaries will not pull apart like standard chain linked rosaries.


Please note that our busiest time of year falls between February 1 and May 31, as Easter, First Communion and Mother's day all fall between these dates. We are unable to process repairs during this time. You should hold off on sending in your item during this timeframe.

What if my bracelet breaks?

Our bracelets are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase. If a bracelet breaks during the first six months under normal wear, it will be repaired at no charge. After six months the cost for repairs is $12, plus parts if necessary, and $8.50 for return shipping.

What if I need my rosary retrung?

Our rosaries are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. If you need a restringing during this time period, simply return the rosary to us and include $8.50 for return shipping. There is no charge to restring the rosary however, if any components are missing and need to be replaced, you will be charged the retail price for each component. If the warranty period is expired, the restringing fee is $12 plus $8.50 return shipping. If any components are missing and need to be replaced, you will be charged the retail price for each component.

Do you restring chain rosaries?

We do not accept chain rosaries for repair.
