If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your rosary, rosary bracelet or chaplet and you can make arrangements for an exchange.
Returns of Non-Handmade Items
Products not handmade by Heavenly Bound may be returned within 14 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to note the number of days when returning an item. Items received past the 14 day period are non-refundable.
Shipping Times
Our handmade rosaries, rosary bracelets and chaplets are made to order here in our studio in Texas. The amount of time it takes for you to receive an order depends on the season and on how busy we are. Most items are made within one to five days from the date your order is placed. If you need an item by a specific date please specify that in the comments section of the order form when you place your order. We will make every attempt to meet your request and will let you know immediately if we cannot. October through December and February through June are our busiest times of the year.
The other products on our site are available for immediate shipping unless they are out of stock.
